Cabana Stripes

Ok, now I know I'm not the first person to report on stripes but it has to be said nonetheless. And while stripes in general are are always popular, I'm focused mainly on my love for the large, thick cabana stripes. Are stripes the new checkerboard? Again?? From outdoor furniture to bedding to decor items, I want it all. The classic white + color will always catch my eye but I also love experimenting with unexpected colors. The checkerboard pattern is still going strong, and I will always be attracted to them, but what's moving them forward is unexpected colors. Dark colors even. And then adding layers with paint and decor. I'm excited to see what designers do with the endless possibilities that stripes provide.
